This is a clinic based rumoured to have started out in Still forges,  make no mistake this organisation is more of a gang then a medical group.  Whilst it is true that they FCC does save lives,  and avoid trouble with the law (somehow).  The FCC is known for acting on more motivations of greed then moral justification or any hypotiic oath. 

Known to do any job for a price, they have saved many a criminal from their possibly deserved death bed.  They have also been known to  prey on the poor members of society who for what ever reason  cannot pay or even go to a public medical  facility, they are infamous for their back ally abortions too.


The FCC are known in the body modification circuits, as well as those with a fetish or need for cybernetics as a cheap alternative to the offical providers.  There work is not always to the official standard nor is their Tech, but what can you expect for a cheaper price for a quality service?


On the theme of payments,  the FCC  'brand' a patient on the surgery with a well hidden mark.  The FCC  never mention the fact that they will seldom ask for payment at the time, they bide their time  before approaching each former patient.  Demanding the payment in various ways, usually in stupid amounts of money or in body organs (your own or someone else's). This being said they have demanded odder things in the past.   It is unknown how they always seem to find their past patients,  some would debate its the tattoo they give them, some would state that the the tattoo is just an effect.
