A character (and primary antagonist) in popular [[TV]] series [[Castillian Hospital Doctors]]. Schweng's role was re-cast on the day before filming, as the original actor chosen was in a serious accident. Fortunately, former [[New Castile|Castillian]] actor [[Welles Derwent]] was staying on [[Sophia]] at the time, and took on the role as a kind of working retirement.

Schweng is a paramedic, working at ''Downtown Hospital'', a fictional medical establishment on [[New Castile]]. He considers himself to be part of the intellectual elite, understanding fine art and literature as well as a talented doctor. Therefore he derives great pleasure in proving himself superior to [[Dr Numpeter]], a boorish lout who degrades Schweng's social standing by managing to get better grades on the same exams, and holds a more important job.
