New page

Born in
[Caine's Star/Terminus/Secretariat]
, Clockson originally trained as an administrator. He quickly grew bored of this career and attempted to make a name for himself as an artist. The relative poverty of his home city, however, made this an unattainable goal. His big break came in 854, when a visiting executive from
[/Corporation Point] bought his painting "View from [//Prada]"
, and he became temporarily a fashion icon.

As his fame grew, Clockson quickly adapted to more unusual media, in which he displayed a striking talent. Between 848 and 845, he worked on a series of more than a hundred stained-glass windows. Given his previous success in this field, many galleries were desperate to acquire this collection. On his birthday, December 2nd 845, the installation known as "This is not art" was unveiled at the [[Starspire Centre]]. More than a thousand critics filled the gallery, to observe a frame holding closely-stacked sheets of glass, wrapped in a screen which prevented them observing the artworks.

Clockson's contract with the gallery means than nobody but him is permitted to touch the exhibit for at least 2 years. Although most critics agree that this is some kind of statement, they are divided on what it could mean.
The actual subject of the pictures is still unknown.
