A sector of [[Magellan]], this area was once considered uninhabitable due to the pollution from factories in its lower levels. However, in 1994 businesman [[Draco Silver Lake]] saw that the pools of mercury collecting on the upper levels could be strangely beautiful, and established 'Silverlake Park' (which would become the <address>[/Silverlake Resort Village]</address>) to show people the wonderful views.

Now, the Village occupies the entire sector from level A94 up, with the factories between A77 and A93 mostly disused.
