The Old Spoon Factory has, since 866, been the headquarters of the Southern Quarter branch of the Fylings Anti-Criminal Elite. It is on the junction of 31st Street and Wall Street.

Originally constructed as some kind of entertainment venue, it was closed for nearly a year when the city was first built while "internal fittings" were arranged. However, the plans quickly fell apart, and investor Edie Pollak was left with a large, empty building and a lot of upcoming debts. He decided to try opening the place as a club/bar, and released a series of flyers and posters advertising "Club Ammo, opening soon at the Old Spoon Factory", attempting to avoid any embarrassment connected to his previous failed venture. It is believed that he thought people would believe the 'Spoon Factory' line due to the building's rather notable spoon-shaped windows. However, Club Ammo failed financially, and the building was reclaimed by the city in 866.

The building itself is quite large, and built of tan-grey brick. It is 4 floors high. While the top floor has large, round windows, those on the 2nd and 3rd levels are tall and 6" wide strips running from floor to ceiling. The main entrance on the ground floor is boarded up, while the current occupants use the basement carpark which opens into a small alley near the end of Pilling Street (on the opposite side of the junction).
