The Functional Orthodoxy

A permitted religious Cult, developed on Kreeg during its period of isolation. This has more recently been adopted on a number of Imperial worlds and also, surprisingly, on Blank World.

Sexism

Among the cult's beliefs is that what you do defines who you are - they interpret the more sexist passages in the bible by referring to the head of a household, or the main earner, as "he" or "him", while a homemaker will be "she" regardless of biological gender. Some extremists even go so far as to dress and present themselves as their "functional" gender when dealing with outsiders.
