An old housing block, now used as a hotel. Due to the high rate of gang violence, the hotel is unable to find staff. Visitors now simply buy room keys (which expire after 18 hours) from a vending machine in the lobby.
The hotel has 9 floors, with 150-960 rooms on each. The Player Characters in Who Knows woke up in room 9:973.
