Shadowtalk term for unreasonable censorship; or anything which has been censored by the blind application of "not permitted" rules where they really shouldn't apply (Such as ChildSafeNet's habit of censoring cookery sites where recipes call for pork loin or chicken breasts)
Etymology: The famous anti-censorship protest tour by Magellanic band Nonsensemen; so called because the board of media classification allegedly insisted that the "semen" be removed from the band's name.
