A drug known to induce a state of apathy, especially in the suppression of natural curiosity. As well as narcotic use, it is routinely delivered to inmates in some high-security prisons and mental-health facilities. There have also been allegations that some governments (including Fylings and Calibre City) administer the drug secretly to the population by contaminating the air supply. However, these suspicions are easily dismissed as an aerosolised form of Fresh will cause breathing difficulties long before the does is high enough to have a significant effect.
