A character in the campaign Who Knows, played by Teschi. Joran was last seen in
[Callifrey/Tolkor's Drift]
, and may take part in Roadtrip or other future games.

During the Who Knows game, Joran (along with other player characters) suffered from amnesia and had noidea how he had got there. For a few weeks, he wandered around Magellan using the alias Chromehead, until he found out who he was again.

Background

The assistant manager of popular wholesale business, Joran was looking at a peaceful life. However, a dodgy shipment of toasters exploded, landing him in hospital, where he discovered a deep masochistic streak. After that, he was frequently in and out of hospital with various “accidental” injuries as he pushed his body further.

Once, in hospital with electrocution, he overheard a conversation between a gang member (Jules Micces) in the next bed and one of his friends; they were having trouble finding someone to buy some stolen jewellery. He has suffered more injuries at the hands of others trying to take over his territory, but his amazing pain tolerance has always left them slightly bemused. However, since the birth of his daughter Danyelle, he has done his best to move the risky side of his business away from his home in Lambert Arcade. He now owns several storage buildings (lockups and warehouses) in
[/Gate Basin] and [/Lower Manifold]
.

He was contacted by a government official, claiming to represent the Inquisition, who offered to not arrest him for all his stolen goods if he did a small job for them. He agreed, on the condition that his daughter would be properly taken care of. However, he wasn't expecting, two days later, when men with badges and guns turned up as he was collecting Danyelle from school and bundled both of them into the back of a small vehicle. After that, everything becomes very vague ...
