Ruler (and self-named King) of the <address>[/Garrulian Fields] region of [Callifrey/]</address>, which he refers to as "my land".
After the events of the one-shot OOC:Roadtrip, he laid claim to Corian's Library as well. However, the legitimacy of this claim was never tested, as he was quickly prosecuted (and then executed) for the murder of an unnamed FCI agent.
