Within Vermen culture, advantage is understood to be an abstract quality, meaning genetic closeness to their ideal 'perfect human'. The term is mostly used in the sense of one person having more advantage than another.

The term disadvantaged is used, meaning having less advantage [than the speaker], as well as unadvantaged, which describes a non-vermen, humans who are seen as having no advantage.
