A cult who promoted the idea that scientific advancement was to seek a greater understanding of the Catholic Church, and therefore to become closer to Divinity. Although they have always been disregarded by most, it was in part their influence which led to the end of the New Dark Ages.
In more modern times, the church is still looked down on as liberal extremists. However, their cathedral on Gravadia is still frequented by many pilgrims looking for divine inspiration in their scientific endeavours. However, their confessionals have delivered several researchers of Forbidden Science to the judges of the Theocratic Science Service; the church's rumoured tolerance for such heresies has decreased massively as they seek to distance themselves from criminal splinter group the Priests of Gravadia.
