Geologic Engineering is an umbrella term for using advanced or Power science technologies to change the geological shape of a planet; raising new continents, changing climates and digging caves all come under this name.
Unfortunately, in common usage the term now brings up people's memories of early experiments such as <address>[Fermat/The Plateau] and [Whence/Southern Continent]</address>, and their problems with pressure side and seamy side volitation subsidence.
