To extend your life using time dilation; travelling at high speed to reduce the subjective time experienced.
So named to distinguish it from special immortality (any way of actually delaying or stopping the aging process), which is seen to be the right only of the Catholic Church, a miracle which should remain beyond the reach of mankind.
