Located in the city of <address>[/South Hampation] in the area called [Hampashire] on the planet [Nix/]<address>, N.I.Xer Uni was founded in <date>982</date> by Xear Troopok. An all male university caller 'Nuka Institute of Xear' or N.I.Xer Uni. Xear Uni courses focus on Sports and Agriculture. N.I.Xer has it own Flagonball team known as the 'Downtime Demons'.
