One of Magellan's lower districts, Lower Manifold extends down to B177/G0, where it connects to a large geothermal plant and mining complex. It is a lower-class area, but the houses provided for workers are much nicer than other such areas, and are kept in a decent state of repair. There is an elevator connecting to more staff housing in <address>Bells above, as well as carrying up mined minerals to the [/Countryside/Heart City Zoo] and refineries in [1].</address>
