This article is a stub. The original author only has this vague idea of it in his/her mind, so we would much appreciate it if you can add some more detail.


The UEC is the democratic figurehead government of Fylings, originally consisting of a Prime Minister and Aides from each member of the Fylings United Nations, and led by a President. However, the Council was never more than a figurehead, passing laws on the orders of a shadowy group known as the Global Elite.
