A melancholy, haunting pop song by Muse Unchained. Lead singer Siri Endojiri somehow manages to shout out the lyrics as if trying to be heard by more people, while still capturing the sad theme of a person who is 'just an echo in my past'; a once-good friend who will never be seen again.

The ballad has been endlessly analysed by people speculating if it is about a real person in one of the band members' pasts. It is a little ambiguous whether the song is about a lover or just a friend; and if they have left over some argument, or moved away due to external circumstances, or even died.

Following Siri's disappearance, the Poltaen Harmonic Choir performed a pure-vocal cover version at her funeral, with a few lyrics changed to showcase the memories of fans who will never feel so close to someone else's music again. These lyrics have since been covered by self-described tribute band Muse In Chains, restoring the neopunk influences of the original orchestration.

In <date>840</date>, the song was voted the most popular vocal performance of the decade by the Magellanic Artists Consortium Awards, and also became the first track of which multiple cover versions have won MACA's at the same ceremony.
