Otherwise known as rockets or burn jockeys, these ships are the single least practical form of interplanetary travel.
Most of the ship (including most of where the passenger space would be in a more conventional cruiser) is taken up by quick-burn liquid fuel rockets. 1 pilot, space for maybe 1 passenger or man-sized cargo. Occasionally used as courier ships by the very rich in systems with several civilised planets, or on scattered worlds. More commonly owned by people who want to break some kind of record. The closest thing there is to an interplanetary drag racer.
