A Shadowtalk expression. Descrbing a plan as 'external use only' generally indicates that the person making the plan has missed some obvious problem, or that you think they really haven't thought it through.
Etymology: From the safety warning usually printed on Las pistols, this term suddenly became popular after the news reports of Daibi Callen's death.
