Randall Okay

A civic engineer, Randall's sole claim to fame is anonymously donating $200 to support Wordishall's shadownet station, 5 minutes before a major bill was due.

Despite the vast sum involved, it was Okay's small contribution which "saved the net", and so the next day he came home to find an impromptu street party involving more than a thousand netters from all over the planet, all of whom wanted to thank him.
