From the frequently parroted catch-phrase "Dillon Evans (or Dillard 'Eavy)? That bastard owes me money!" on sit-com The Deffective Agency. This term has spread over the shadownets as an entirely non-serious expression of jealousy. For example, when someone comments on their new improved net connection, it is common to respond "Bastard owes me bandwidth!"
