The body of law authored by the Ecclesiarchy, which is used by a number of worlds whose planetary government does not have their own legislature.

Divine Law is divided into numbered sections, known as bulls. These are not always consecutively numbered, and most new laws are given even numbers. In the case of conflict between laws enacted at different times, the lowest number takes priority. Therefore it is sometimes necessary for the Ecclesiarchy to re-number an existing bull.

Bull 0 states "Adhere to all directives and shun those who violate prohibitions of Ecclesiastical Law. Any who violate such prohibition shall be subject to the harshest penalty permitted on the world where it occurs."

Bull 1 allows individual planetary governments to add their own amendments while still adhering to Divine Law.
