Shadowtalk term for a person who has claims to have wide contacts without leaving their own planet / local space. This can be both a compliment (for a person who is very well connected in their local community) or an insult (for someone who thinks or acts like they have offworld contacts when they really don't)
Also used in some scientific echoes for a person who acts like a diamond (whether they are or not) , but who is inactive outside those subcommunities.
