A resident of Callifrey Secondor. Originally a pejorative used by the settlers on the asteroid belt (which later became known as Callifrey), the term was adopted with some pride by the Callifreyan people. When the Plutocrats had to rename their planet (due to an obscure legislative loophole), the majority of those consulted agreed on the name Pluto. However, they were told by the Celestial Grand Synod that was "not a valid name for a planet". Nobody know why.
