The FLAP are a radical extremist group, based in a modular city in <address>[Fermat/The Plateau/Lensmer's Crater]</address>.
Members of FLAP have a rank. Starting as a Free Liberation Army Private, those with additional responsibility become Free Liberation Army Sargeants. They are led by 3 Generals.
