Excluded Verm

A name for former vermen people who have been declared non-vermen by the Vermendanyan Empire. This could be because they follow inappropriate lifestyle choices, such as anything which could be seen to weaken the species, or because their parents didn't test them as rigorously as doctrine prescribes.
