Balingrad/Centre for Scientific Studies

Like many universities on Balingrad, the CSS is a city in its own right. As well as a student body of 20000, the Centre is the official headquarters of the planetary government; consisting of the CSS Academic Council as well as one representative from each other university on the planet.
