A detective with the Fylings Anti-Criminal Elite.
Some say his dishonorable discharge in 961 was due to alcoholism, while others close to him blamed his assignment to a heretical secret unit. Still others say that he was discovered avoiding the city's mandatory Fresh dosing process, or became addicted to other drugs such as Elixir which he started on to help keep his detective skills sharp.
In any case, his loss was a sad day for the force.
