A scientist working for the Fylings Anti-Criminal Elite taskforce. Originally a researcher, he was attached to their 3rd AI team as a scientific advisor in Neu. 961, following the loss of advanced electronic surveilence tools known as AndrOS Infiltrates due to the team's lack of knowledge.
He brought with him a new AI package (C5907/Chris), as well as becoming the official maintenance officer for the team's other unit, C8164 Fyodor.
His other notable acheivements include major contributions to an intuitive database query interface known as SIRA, and suspicion in the insurance fraud following the disappearance of an advanced computer electronics package, N141 Doppler.
In Catuary 861, Geoffrey was executed for insubordination on the orders of direct superior Deacon Fransis Ogg.
