Callifrey/Corian's Library

The library is the main administrative building on Callifrey. Aside from a few rooms used for essential administrative duties, such as negotiating timetables with the church, most of the building is an actual library. It is free for anyone to read the texts in the library, though the availability of texts to withdraw is limited based on the projected difficulty of replacing them.

The Library also has (in a cave drilled into the rock it stands on) a massive computer room, which hosts Callifrey's worldnet. One thing that few people outside the system know, however, is that this also contains a permanent archive of many shadownet echoes - as well as reasonably priced guest quarters for any off-world 'net users who want to browse their history.
