Officially a secondary planet to Callifrey, this outer planet was actually older. However, Callifrey managed to claim the official name and timetable code due to some errors in the paperwork.

The planet is a net importer of goods and services, as a significant portion of its population are retirees from high-income jobs, relaxing in the semi-alpine climate of the ice giant.
