A common anti-psychotic drug, Xyphate is normally injected directly as a fast treatment for dangerous patients. However, in recent years a derivative known as Crystal Xyphate has been developed, and is often used recreationally. This can be taken orally, and is reported to produce sensations of apathy as well as deadening emotional impact for up to 40 hours. Known side-effects include bleeding from the eyes (which generally stops due to tolerance after a subject has taken 2-3 doses, but is also seen in cases of severe overdose) and monochromatic vision.
