NOTE: Several pages may have incorrect information regarding the Church. Where possible, these should be updated to match what is detailed here. In particular, while Catholic is a meaningful adjective, this wiki shouldn't contain any reference to Christianity (which, whether true or not, has been forgotten some time in the next 8000 years)

The word church has 3 possible meanings, being the 3 parts of the Divine Trinity:

  1. The Catholic Church (sometimes The Church or The Church in Heaven; sometimes (heretically) God) is an intangible, omniscient and perfect force which is the source of all good in the universe. Some cults believe that the Church and the universe are one and the same, while others envision their deity as being as close as the other side of a map, as complex as the universe but intelligent and structured (in which case the Vaultof Heaven can be seen as the layer in between)
  1. The Terran Church (sometimes The Church or Terra) is an organisation blessed with dominion over the world of men, a physical manifestation of the Divine Church. Ruled by the Hierarchs and 7 Grand Synods, it is the only perfect thing in our world and cannot be questioned.
  1. The Mortal Church (otherwise known as The Pope, or The Church Made Flesh) is one man who rules over the church. The only part of the church to be mortal (and therefore fallible), the Pope is a connection between man and divinity.

(it should be noted that the word Church never describes a building; for that, see Chapel or Cathedral)
