A TV series made by Nix Notional Network, which is actually a dubbed version of Castillian Hospital Doctors. The medications given to patients are almost always translated as Pain-Eze and Multivitamins, while any surgery is described as applying 'Bandages and Splints'. The Castillian drama series is essentially translated as a farcical comedy, portraying what many Nixin people expect as the standard of care in off-world hospitals.
The title comes from a character, Dr (M.C.) Scott, who is frustrated by people constantly calling him Dr McScotty. The title "Dr (M.C.)" is a Nixin certification, short for "Doctor with Medicinals Certification", which means he is authorised to issue drugs without sending a request to a pharmacy.
