A highly-trusted family whose members comprise most of the crew of the temple ship Revelation. Most of the family are descended from one Keiran Jonix, who was vice-captain of the Genesis before it was destroyed (although, of course, the Church strenuously denies this). It is said by some that over hundreds of generations, some members of the family have evolved an ability to calculate jump co-ordintes intuitively, surpassing even the computers' powers of calculation.
