A tug-class spacecraft designed by Gracini University professor Gaily Polkett in <date>919</date>. He would regularly use the design process for this concept (a 4-engined light tug; giving higher manoeuvrability than one with 2 larger engines, for only a marginal price increase) as an exercise, working through the design with each group of final year engineering students.
Then, in <date>911</date> student Clark Osterman convinced him that the idea had actual commercial potential, and the two went on to found the Osterman Light Vehicle Corporation - with the 4-series as their flagship product.
