Collantz Smith

A minor dignitary in the Geneovan civil service, Collantz was a major advocate of Adjusted Equivalent Pay. It is believed this may have been the reason for his assassination, although a full inquiry was never held. Following his death, Geneova withdrew the majority of its off-world diplomatic personnel for safety reasons; leaving the issue of jurisdiction over their former embassy on Magellan unclear.
