The notion that Vermen should be offered a higher rate of pay than humans for equivalent work, due to their higher natural capability. AEP advocates are often found in opposition to Financial Egalitarians, over the issues of fair pay legislation. Although common on many worlds, especially within the Vermendanyan Empire, AEP is only legally mandated on Greffenleiver and Rairfield.
