On Callifrey, an iron asteroid. Most of these are the smashed up remains of vehicles, satellites or large industrial equipment jettisoned from Callifrey Secondor's line station.
By extension, a shadowtalk term for any obsolete hardware. On some echoes, it may also mean anything (or anyone) you wish would be thrown out of an airlock.
