A music publisher and agent, based out of two offices on Magellan and Fylings. Originally owned entirely by the Magellanic Entertainment Network, R&G was partly bought out by an artists' cooperative in <date>Mar 843</date>.

They publish and represent a number of bands, most notably including Muse in Chains and Bend Saw. They have gained much popularity lately after assisting a number of bands to get out of their contracts in protest over MEN's new Magellanic Cloud distribution network.
