A fashion critic, published by several magazines. Best known from his scathing reviews of former employers, often posted within days of his transfer. In at least one occasion, magazine Retrogothic Yet Again had a rebuttal pre-written, on commission by a professional freelance copy-editor, six months before Boynsen was poached by Chroma Revue.

Also notable for coining the term Makeshifting.
