The official ruling body of the Vermendanyan Empire. The Council consists of one representative elected "Highest Vermen", and one "Closest King" (most representative of the planet's people) from each Category: Imperial Worlds:Imperial world, plus the Triumvirate, three senior judges from Vermendanyan itself, who deal with the laws and procedures for running the Council.
