Quara of Wordishall, the mythical first president of that planet. Possibly a real person, possibly entirely mythical.

Now regarded by some natives as the patron saint of isolated or lost people. Obviously, given the lack of evidence that she even existed, this status is not officially recognised in ecclesiastical law.
