An AndrOS Infiltrate (AI) created by the Fylings Anti-Criminal Elite. Atari was believed destroyed by a powerful EM pulse on Neutrany 1. 861, following which Geoffrey Smith was assigned to the team in order to give closer guidance on the capabilities of AIs.

However, following several weeks of research by Professor Greenwood, Atari was resurrected (albeit with some memory loss) on Neu 14.
