Cent

A unit of time.

There has been much debate over the naming of the cent, whether it is so named because it is 100 ticks, or because it is is 1/100th of an hour. In either case, it is the most fundamental unit of timekeeping for many tasks.

Alternative units include the minute, which is an unofficial measure defined as 2 cents on most worlds which use it.
