Galactic X Datel is known as one of the galaxy's largest consumer electronics manufacturers, despite the fact that they don't actually make hardware. Their main industry is in software development (including their flagship product 4.2 AndrOS), and as such their logo is imprinted on a large number of Androids. In addition, their own designers produce a number of electronic and physical designs, which are manufactured under license by companies on the world where they will be sold. For example, Sparx Electronics builds a number of android designs to Datel specifications.
