A fashion designer of little note. Polkett began his career designing the Osterman Ecliptic, a cruiser affectionately known to its fans as the Scrapheap. Many suspected that he was only offered this commission as the nephew of the then company director Juanita Osterman-Polkett.

In 949, leaving the pretentious world of high-society art behind, he attempted to gain a new fame as a neopunk rockstar, founding band Gervais and the Greens. Their first single, Kick My Life, was moderately popular, but attempts to follow up on their success sank without trace.
