Someone whose business practises are in some way incorporeal; someone who sells vapourware, or insurance against imaginary ills.

The famous Edie Pollak probably didn't deserve this epithet. However, his continued flooding of Shadownet echoes (including most of the Locale:Fylings:Culture and Locale:Fylings:Events hierarchies, as well as XXX:Fetish:Robots) with advertisements for a new club which would be having its grand opening next month earned him a lot of derision from a couple of social engineering Diamonds, who took steps to ensure that his name would forever be associated with con-artists.
